Scheduling, Cancellation, and Payment Policies
Thank you for choosing Estrella Massage & Bodywork. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients.

Intake Form: New clients are required to complete an intake form prior to their first session. This helps me better understand your needs and provide safe, personalized care.
Consent to Treatment: By booking, you consent to receive massage therapy services and acknowledge that you are responsible for communicating any relevant health conditions or discomfort during your session.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the service price.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.
I understand that emergencies happen and will always do my best to be flexible when possible. Please notify me as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the next client’s time. The full session fee will still apply.
If this is your first visit, please arrive 10–15 minutes early. Returning clients are encouraged to arrive 5–10 minutes early.

Payments are accepted via credit/debit card, cash, Venmo, and Zelle.

Packages are available for purchase in person and can be tailored to your individual needs.
